Biography

Dr. Gail Bubenick holds two doctoral degrees in Psychology with concentrations in Neuropsychology and Strategic Management. She has also earned two Master's degrees in Foreign Languages and Counseling Psychology.

Starting her business career as a consultant for global companies in foreign language expertise and cultural know-how, Dr. Bubenick soon realized that the key to global success was a deep understanding of people. She pursued master's level and then doctoral level studies in clinical psychology and neuropsychology (biologic basis of behavior) in order to serve her clients better. Realizing also that the context of behaviors was as important to discern and change as the behavior itself, she completed a Ph.D. in Psychology, focusing on Strategic Management.

Trained as a psychologist, and with over 20 years' business experience, Dr. Bubenick partners with companies to solve their most difficult multicultural, strategic, and interpersonal challenges in the areas of:
